Information for Presenters

Registration:
The main presenter will be automatically registered for the conference. Their registration includes participation in conference workshops, receptions, keynote addresses, and continental breakfasts and lunches.

Accommodations:
Reserve your accommodation at Bahia Resort Hotel
Special group rates have been reserved for Amp Up! participants and presenters for a limited time, but only until all group rooms have been allocated or until the group cutoff date, whichever comes first. These special group rates are also valid before and after the meeting dates based on availability. Deadline for reservations is October 3, 2011. We suggest booking your reservations early.

Getting to and from the airport:
Driving Directions from the Airport
Shuttle service to and from the airport and hotel is available through San Diego Super Shuttle at a cost of $12 dollars each way.

Workshop logistics:
Specific workshop dates and times will be emailed to the main presenter. Contact Bruno Marchesi if you have specific questions.

Presenters should prepare materials for 30-40 participants per session. Laptops and projectors will be provided. Flip charts and easels will be provided.
